Photography Packages
All packages are priced according to the size and price of the listing. For a detailed estimate please fill out the Photo Request Form in the top right. Under Notes, add that you would like an estimate and I will get one out to you ASAP.
Basic Photography
This is a “we need it now” type of package designed to get your listing looking good and uploaded fast. Includes interior and exterior stills. Well lit and post processed for light balance. These can be shot in any weather. Though different conditions will affect views from any windows.
Step-Up
Really get the attention of potential buyers. These will be shot on sunny days with blue skies with a goal of making any views look as good as possible. Can also be combined with a twilight shoot for added effect.
Add Ons +
Drone Photography
I recommend these for every listing. They have become almost mandatory for buyers and really give a sense of place.
Twilights
These are guaranteed to get clicks. This package will consist of 4-5 exterior “hero” shots. These are normally 10-20 images stitched together to really make the listing glow. We take ours before during and after sunset to ensure the best colors and exposure. We do not do cheesy looking fake lights and false skies with a daytime exposure. If you are interested in interior twilight images please let us know.
Amenities
Show off the special features of your building or community. Please include a list of all gyms, restaurants, golf courses etc. that you would like to highlight.
Videography Packages
Interior/Exterior Walk Through
For those who want to show the entire listing inside and out. This step up from the drone video includes footage of the main living areas and master bedrooms. Set to music, it offers viewers a comprehensive feel for the listing as a whole. Videos range from 60-90 seconds depending on features.
Deluxe Video
To fully capture the entire listing, a deluxe video can really show it off. You will feel like you are flying into the listing as you float through each room. Shot during the golden hour these videos can really capture the way natural light flows through the living areas. It includes drone footage mixed in and is also set to music. Depending on the property these videos can range from 1.5-3 minutes typically.
30 Second Drone Video
Many listings have benefited from a quick 30 - 40 second exterior drone video. These videos are set to music and include surrounding areas, views of the property and architecture and give an overall “feel” for the area. These can be done any day that has wind under 15 mph.
Promotional Video
You lead the tour to highlight the features and direct potential buyers to the areas you think matter most. I will help with the script, the locations, storyboards and everything else needed to make a shoot run smoothly. These work great for getting your face out there and self promotions!
Virtual Tours
For those who prefer to click through at their own pace. 3D dollhouse renderings, virtual floor plans and a 3D walk through on your desktop or mobile device.
